Joseph Pierce

Managing Partner

Mr. Pierce began his career at a large Phoenix based law firm specializing in complex business litigation, including securities litigation and accounting malpractice. He subsequently joined a private equity firm as Managing Director and General Counsel. In 2009, Mr Pierce began investing and managing in real estate in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley markets. His experience as a real estate owner, investor, property manager, and legal background bring a wealth of expertise to our company. He received his degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Prior to joining America-One, Mr. Nielsen served at Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for a private equity firm managing over $170 million in portfolio assets, including commercial, retail, and residential development. Mr. Nielsen has experience in financial modeling, budgeting, return analysis, due diligence, and acquisition and development risk analysis and financing. Mr. Nielsen is a licensed real estate agent and belongs to the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Nielsen is also an experienced as a real estate owner, investor, and property manager. Mr. Nielsen earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah.

Steven Nielsen Sr.

Is currently a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and Utah, as well as the designated broker for America One Luxury Real Estate in Arizona.  He began his real estate career in 1974 in Arizona before moving to Utah in 1975. In 1979, he earned his Utah broker’s license and in 2011 his Arizona Brokers license.  He has been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate, including shopping center development and management.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Scottsdale Association of Realtors, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service.

He earned his BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
